Recaro Aircraft Seating continues to experience a phase of strong expansion, confirming its leading role in the aircraft seating industry. The company closed 2024 with revenues of €576 million and expects to surpass this result again in 2025, supported by double-digit revenue growth.
To respond to increasing demand in the aviation market, Recaro has hired more than 200 new employees over the past year, strengthening its global industrial footprint. At the same time, expansion initiatives under the Space2grow program are continuing, aimed at increasing production capacity and ensuring greater operational flexibility. A key project in this area involves Recaro Aircraft Seating Polska in Poland, where a new production and office building is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2026.
In Germany, the company is also expanding its facilities: seat production capacity will increase by 60%, accompanied by an extension of the manufacturing site. On the services side, Recaro plans to open a new customer service facility in Delhi, India, by the first quarter of 2026, further strengthening customer support in fast-growing markets.
Particular focus is also being placed on the business-class seating segment, for which the company is investing in the training of operations and customer service teams in anticipation of higher production volumes. Recent achievements include the award of an SFE contract with Embraer and the delivery of customer programs for the lightweight R3 long-range economy-class seat.
